A personal desired end-point: Defining Eric Visselli’s career objective

Eric, the present Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Hamilton Sundstrand Auxiliary Power Systems, seeks a management position where he can utilize his technical skills and leadership qualities to achieve and exceed business commitments while developing succession plans and bench strength within the organization.


Eric has already held three managerial positions in his stint at Hamilton Sundstrand. He was the Pricing Manager of the company in 1995 to 1998, taking charge of setting the costs for the company’s products, as well as fulfilling some marketing duties.

In 2002, Eric Visselli became the Manager of Accounting for the company’s Auxiliary Power Systems. For four years, he managed the company’s finance operations, including its budgets, rates, shop load analysis, and lean manufacturing. One of his accomplishments is being able to complete a $50 million French joint venture, including consolidation, FX impacts, and US GAAP adjustments.

From 2008 to 2009, Eric served as the Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis at Auxiliary Power Systems. During his tenure, he was able to meet or exceed financial forecast every month and exceed EBIT plan by 35 percent.
